So who is sick now? That's right... Mom... well not too bad just sinuses with a sore throat. I just got up from a nap! Last night we were up for about an hour at 1am with Alex coughing. Alex seems to be getting better but he's still got a bit of cough.
Today we took our homeschool to the Kempsville Library. Alex did great! It was fun to get out today after being in the house for a few days. We then ran over to Target for some meds for mommy and blank tapes for Alex so we can tape some of his shows in the morning.
Yesterday Alex was in the mood for some drawing and writing... he made a few family pictures and wrote dad a letter (see pictures). We also made a windmill for our art gallery hallway. Alex played outside for a few minutes in his sandbox and had a little visitor. A baby grasshopper. He came running in to tell me he had found a baby grasshopper and that it was going to be his friend for today. So cute :) Later on we played "Go Fish" or as Alex likes to call it "Gold Fish". I didn't have the heart to correct him because it was just too darn cute to hear him tell me "Gooooold Fish!" LOL.
If you notice - Teddy was in the kitchen with us watching Alex draw. And Alex told me that in his picture, him and daddy are holding hands. So adorable! :)
