Oatmeal Drums...

I admit to having been wrapped up in my own health and weight loss issues for the past few months and haven't been posting as much about Alex and his quirky self. He has been cracking us up daily... he is such a character and growing up way too fast.

Today was just too cute. We finished a container of oatmeal. I asked Alex if he'd throw it in the recycle can for me and he insisted on adding it to his collection of oatmeal and other empty containers. He hasn't played with them in quite a while and this sparked his interest. While i was working on the kitchen today he was playing in the living room. He calls me out to hear his "band". And this is what i found... Alex.. no shirt (he was hot he said) with his very own drum kit ala Neil Peart. Later on he had Daddy and i playing instruments along with him. And yes the poor child DOES have my belly. Poor kid. LOL
