The next day we went back but it was sadly melted. But a few puddles on the sidewalks were still frozen and Alex had fun sliding around!

Playing on Ice...
We walked down a couple blocks to our man made river thingie on monday and was so surprised to find most of it FROZEN over! That NEVER happens around here. We froze our butts off standing there throwing sticks out to watch them skid and slide across. We also saw a Great Blue Heron fly away with a fish in it's mouth!
The next day we went back but it was sadly melted. But a few puddles on the sidewalks were still frozen and Alex had fun sliding around!
