We started off the day at a doctor's appt for Mom. My doctor and the ladies all thought Alex's eyes were "dreamy"! Afterwards we did some final Christmas shopping, Alex never minds going to Toys R Us. Later that evening we took Poppop and Mimi to the Garden of Lights. It was so fun on the drive there because we used special light viewing glasses. Mimi was looking at ones that made angels of the lights and they broke out into spontaneous "Hark the Herald Angels." Loved all the giggles coming from the backseat. The Garden was beautiful and there were a lot of "Ohh look at THAT" and "wow that's beautiful" to be heard. Too bad I left the battery for my camera on its charger.. Ugh! :)
