Hunt Club Farm Field Trip

Today we went on a field trip with a homeschool group to the Hunt Club Farm. Here we learned about bees, saw lots of animals, examined tadpoles, planted sunflower seeds, learned about Robins and their nests, and much more! They even dug for worms! Alex actually put his hands in dirt, well a little. He brushed them over the top a few times then declared that it was yucky. So I had to dig up a worm for him LOL. But I do have a real picture of Alex touching dirt.. woohoo! We had a picnic lunch then Alex played at the playground while I wandered around the flower garden and took pictures of flowers and this cute female turkey who was wandering amongst the flowers.
