We had a blast yesterday at Botanical Gardens with Dar and Peg. Alex road his bike for a while before we got busted. Apparently bikes are not allowed unless during designated "bike times". Ahh well. He did good huffing it around with us. He kept trying to "take a nap" when we'd take too long in one area. Eventually near the end he fell down and scraped open his last scab on his knee and was bleeding so much we had to leave. He was a trooper though and fell asleep promptly on the way home. The bird you see in the pictures is one of the baby bald eagles that was born not too long ago in the park. More like a teenager now. I think they look great. Alex is adorable. Hope his knee is feeling better.
That rainbow canopy thing is cool. Maybe someone will come out with a Rainbow paper line, with cloud stickers. And rainbows. With clouds.
