Later this evening we will be picking up daddy from the airport!! YAY!! For some reason this 3 weeks had been harder to deal with. Alex is having a rough time with the separation and i have to admit, i am too.
Then we turn around and on monday... we're going to Great Wolf Lodge and staying through Wednesday. It's a big indoor waterpark/hotel. Sooo excited as we are meeting up with my best friend Audrey and her family plus my parents and Andrew are going too. Looking forward to all the happy faces and good times. Not looking forward to hanging out in a bathing suit all day. LOL.
And a few days after that we'll be heading up to PA a few weeks earlier than planned because... my grandparents fell. Both of them, hit the ice on their porch on the way to breakfast on Wed. Mimi broke her wrist and has hurt her back (still waiting on MRI results). Poppop has torn his rotator cuff in his shoulder and pulled muscles in his hip and groin. Mimi had me laughing yesterday describing how they have to work together to each use their one good arm to do things like fold a towel, or help each other get dressed. So Alex and I will be heading up there to help out around the house for a while. Alex has already informed me that he will be helping Poppop and that I am to help Mimi. LOL
