Memorial Day

What a nice memorial day we had! Well most of the day was "Chore Day" so THAT part wasn't fun lol. We had a nice cookout at the parents' house. Mom made me her to DIE for strawberry shortcake (with our fresh strawberries). Bob was excited to get a steak... he so rarely gets them. He even threatened me with a knife if i came too close to his steak LOL! Have a picture of Dad with the steaks on the grill.. because let me tell you.. if you hadn't seen a picture of it, you wouldn't believe those steaks had even been on the grill... MOOOOOO. Yuck!! The kids were adorable as always and played fairly well together. They ran around in their bathing suits but never did get in the hot tub. "It's too hot!" Well there's a surprise!
